According to French media Consomac who spotted several unreleased Apple devices which were recently added to the Eurasian Economic Commission’s database, and it appears that Apple registered new tablets, suggesting an iPad refearsh is on the table.
The two new iPads' model numbers are A1954 and A1893. In additon, there are a handful of "sample" products listed that have model numbers starting with AA and CC, it's unclear what those listings may pertain to.

Multiple rumors suggest Apple to update iPad Pro this year with iPhone X features like the TrueDepth camera, Face ID and Animoji, but we are unclear from the filing if these model numbers belong to the refreshed iPad Pro models or updated 9.7-inch iPads and iPad mini models.
From the track records, similar filings with the Eurasian Economic Commission have been submitted for the 10.5-inch iPad Pro and a 12.9-inch iPad Pro, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, Apple Watch Series 2, AirPods, as well as MacBook Pro with Touch Bar models, all within one to two weeks before each product was released.
All in all, these fillings strongly hinting that Apple would release a bunch of new products in March, like iPads and a MacBook refresh. At same time, the tech-giant is also expected to release iOS 11.3 during the event, that brings four new Animojis, battery management, Messages app update, and more!
