The Apple Watch Series 4 not only gets 40% larger display area but also introduced new 40 mm and 44 mm sizes, to take full advantage of the new size and the display, Apple redesigned the entire interface to show more information and more detailed content. The infographic watchface designed just for that, so you add up to eight complication.
Once users upgraded to iOS 12.1.1 and watchOS 5.1.1, there will be 7 new Apple-developed apps that support the Apple Watch's infographic watchface. New apps include Home, Mail, Maps, iMessages, News, Phone and Remote. Currently, in the iPhone Watch app, you can choose to add these apps, but it won't show on Apple Watch.
The issue here is that they were plan to release these complication later updates, however, because of the bricking bug that many user experienced, Apple quickly rushed to push watchOS 5.1.1 without noticing that they also leaked these complications, so it's likely that it will be debuted in next update.
