Apple Tops Tech Support Showdown Ratings With A Score of 91/100

In the Laptop Magazine's 2019 tech support showdown, Apple was bound to led the list with 91/100 points, the list mainly considers the work of Apple Care team, such as online technical support, social media feedback, and phone-based support, amongst them, Laptop Mag claims live chat was determined to be the best Apple support experience.


Apple's phone-based support, meanwhile, was also top all other tech companies, with the average call time of 6 minutes and 40 seconds. Therefore, Laptop Mag says that Apple's support staff are among the "fastest and most knowledgeable," offering up "accurate answers" to questions. Laptop Mag's key takeaways:

Right behind Apple was Razer, as we saw the gaming pc maker received an average score of 88 but did a poor job in terms of average call time of 13:27. Dell, on the other hand, takes the third spot with an average score of 78 and has the longest average call time of 23:13. Following Dell was Samsung, who scored a 73 average mark, and Asus ranked fifth place with an average score of 69.
