Apple Launches New Webpage To Offer Guidance For Publish On Apple Books

Apple has launched a new webpage that provides guidance on how to write, publish, market, and sell eBooks and audiobooks on the Apple Books platform.

Called "Apple Books for Authors," the webpage features stories from best-selling authors. In addition to offering side-by-side comparisons with Amazon Kindle, it also provides design recommendations, tips on how to sell and market e-books or audiobooks, as well as how to track iTunes Connect sales.

Compared to the Amazon Kindle's Direct Publishing, Apple says that its platform maintains a consistent royalty rate at all price points, no restrictions on free book distribution, no third-party advertising, and so on.

On top of that, there is an enormous amount of resources instruct writers upon using Pages and iBooks Author apps as well as third-party writing services such as Microsoft Word and Ulysses.

The webpage is live now, here is the link to it: https://authors.apple.com/.
