According to the report written by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple is working on future iPhone models that will incorporate “touchless gesture control”. which means that it can detect gestures from fingers without actually touching the screen.
Being described as a hover-like gesture system that let future iPhone owners navigate iOS, the technology would be advanced enough that the screen is able to detect how far away the finger is from making physical contact.
The second big revelation is that Apple is developing an iPhone display that curves inward “gradually from top to bottom.” Gurman’s sources claimed that the major iPhone upgrade is still around two to three years away from reaching customers in new products.
Last but not least, the report also corroborates current rumors on the 2018 iPhone lineup; a larger 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus, a second-generation of iPhone X model and a low-cost 6.1-inch LCD model. Read Bloomberg's full article by click here.

Apple is also developing iPhone displays that curve inward gradually from top to bottom, one of the people familiar with the situation said. That’s different than the latest Samsung smartphone screens, which curve down at the edges. So far, every iPhone model has used a flat display. The iPhone X’s OLED screen curves slightly at the bottom, but the shape is mostly invisible to the human eye.
