As expected, Samsung today unveiled its Galaxy smartphones series at its "Unpacked" event in San Francisco, California, in which it announced the Galaxy Fold, "a powerful smartphone and a revolutionary tablet all in one, a device that "defies category", while the company also announced its Galaxy S10 devices, including the S10, S10+, S10 5G, and S10e.
To begin, the event's biggest highlight, Galaxy Fold, that has a 4.6-inch display when it folds, when it opened up, it has a 7.3-inch display that's tablet sized. It comes in four colors, black, silver, green, and blue. Galaxy Fold can display up to three apps on one screen, and you can seamlessly switch between them.

For the first time, it added ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for biometric security. Meanwhile, both S10 and S10+ use triple-lens rear camera system, the S10e, however, continue to ship with dual-lens.

For the Samsung S10 series, it has three models, S10e, S10 and S10+, which are suitable for the low-end, mid-end, and high-end markets. In addition to the regular versions, Samsung also previewed the S10 5G model at the event, which is Samsung's 5G smartphone.
Hardware configuration wise, the S10 comes with the Snapdragon 855 processor and 8GB of RAM. The battery capacity is also improved compared to the previous generation, in which the S10 has a built-in 3400mAh battery, the S10+ has a built-in 4100mAh battery, the S10e has a built-in 3100mAh battery, and it supports Wireless PowerShare that lets a Samsung smartphone wirelessly charge another device.
The S10 5G, on the other hand, has a 6.7-inch QHD+ screen, it packs with the Snapdragon 855/Samsung Exynos 8920 processor, 8G RAM+256GB ROM, and the smartphone has a total of six cameras, adding a ToF camera before and after the S10. Battery capacity 4500 mAh, support 25W fast charge, compatible with PD3.0 fast charge standard.
On the network side, the S10 5G model supports 5G networks (including millimeter wave and sub-6GHz) and also supports WiFi 6 technology. It will be available in the spring of 2019. In terms of price, the S10 series is priced at $749, $899, and $999 dollars respectively, while the price info of the 5G version remains unknown.
