To start it off, the Apple Music student offer consists of a 6-month free trial for college students. This is twice the standard 3-month subscription Apple offers to regular customers. According to Appleosophy, they obtained an exclusive note on this offer, which states that the subscription will be $4.99 per month after the student trial ends. That is $5 less than the standard $9.99 for individuals. Contrary to the point, students who subscribed to the individual Apple Music subscription will also get an email with instructions on how to get 3 more free months, with a special code. This offer is only available to college and university students in the US and Canada countries.
Moving on to the back to school offer, Apple has officially discontinued the 12-inch MacBook, the entry-level MacBook introduced in early 2015. This discontinuation was made due to the updated MacBook Air 2019 models. and MacBook Pro 13-inch 2019 model. The MacBook Pro 13” now gets the Touch Bar in the entry-level model. On the other, all of the Macs get $100 off from their regular price for students. For example, the MacBook Air base model is priced at $1099 at its regular price, but for students, it’s $999. Students can save up to $200 in Macs and get free Beats Studio3 wireless headphones.
Last but not least, there are some deals on the iPad as well. The Apple Pencil gets a $10 off deal, which is $89 for the original Apple Pencil and $99 for the 2nd-generation Apple Pencil for college students. iPad savings can go up to $50 off, which is $749 starting price for iPad Pro 2018 models, $479 for iPad Air and free Beats Studio3 wireless headphones. The Smart Keyboards for the iPad Pro and iPad Air are $20 to $50 off from its original price for students.
