iFixit today released an introductory report on the teardown of the new MacBook Pro, focalizing on the keyboard. According to the report, the new MacBook Pro uses a keyboard that is almost identical to the keyboard on MacBooks prior to 2016, or the external Bluetooth Magic Keyboard. You can pretty much install the old Magic Keyboard on the 16-inch MacBook Pro.
In addition, iFixit noted that the new Scissor Switch Keyboard keystroke enlarged by 0.5mm and the keycap was 0.2mm thicker than the Butterfly Keyboard. The new badges have no film, and are stronger than the Butterfly Keyboard, and are more tolerant of debris.
The clip that secures the keycap to the Scissor Switch Keyboard appears to be reinforced, so the risk of the key being damaged is minimized if you want to remove the keycap for cleaning or repair.
