Apple has today released iOS 14.3 and iPadOS 14.3 to the general public today. The update is available for download on iPhones and iPads, users can locate the update through the Settings app, then General - Software Update.
iOS 14.3 includes support for Apple Fitness+, a new fitness subscription service, support for PlayStation 5 DualSense Wireless Controller or an Amazon Luna controller, support for setting Ecosia as the default search engine, pregnancy section in the Health app, support for scanning App Clips QR codes with the camera app, and third-party app suggestions in countries where required by regulations and introduced the ProRAW camera format to the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max.

In addition to iOS 14.3, Apple today also released watchOS 7.2 that adds support for the Cardio Fitness feature.
