Between now and December 12th, when you add funds to your Apple ID, Apple will offer an extra 10% bonus for free. This offer is valid only with funds ranging from $1.00 to $200. This bonus credit is added when you use a credit or debit card to add funds to your Apple ID. For instance, $10 in funds can have an extra dollar bonus amount, and $200 in funds can have $20 in bonus credit.
This discount can be obtained in two different ways. You can scroll all the way down to the bottom of the homepage of the App Store or by tapping your profile picture, then tap on “Add Funds to Apple ID.” From there you can add funds by tapping on the amount you need. The amount must be in the range of $1.00 to $200.
Alternatively, you can go on to the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap on your name. Scroll to the iTunes and App Store button, then tap on “Add Funds to Apple ID”.
You can, obviously, use your funds to purchase games, apps, books, TV shows, or subscribe to Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple News+, Apple Arcade, iCloud storage, and more.
The promotion will be available in the U.S. from today to the 12th of next month, but it is not clear that such a deal will be available in the U.K. or Canada. Additionally, there are different preferential rates for different countries. In Germany, for example, the company offers an additional 15% fund.
Adding money to Apple ID requires to have a legal payment method, although prepaid credit cards are most suited for this sort of promotion.
