Apple has released the first beta of an upcoming iOS 11.3 update to developers, just a day after releasing iOS 11.2.5, an update that focused on bug fixes and security improvements. Today's update also seems to introduces Messages in iCloud, it will allow you to store your messages in the iCloud and freed up with the bulk of older message. Messages in the Cloud is automatically enabled for users who have two-factor authentication and iCloud Backup enabled, says Apple.
