Apple Releases iOS 11.3 Beta 1 With Messages In iCloud, And Other Features Previewed Earlier

Apple has released the first beta of an upcoming iOS 11.3 update to developers, just a day after releasing iOS 11.2.5, an update that focused on bug fixes and security improvements.
