Apple Reportedly To Create New Subscription Service That Bundles Original Content, Apple Music, And Digital Magazines

According to The Information, sources familiar with Apple's plan revealed that Apple to develop a new subscription service that bundles original television programs, Apple Music, and digital magazines. At present, Apple has signed a number of original content, ranging from comedy to animation.

Apple's first original shows, “Planet of the Apps" and "Carpool Karaoke" were exclusively available for Apple Music subscribers. In the future, it’s said that Apple will launch more original content so that it can meet customers' needs.


Apple also plans to launch a digital news subscription service next year. This service will merge Apple News app and magazine subscription service Texture, Apple bought it in March of this year. The Texture service costs $6.99 a month that will let you subscribe to more than 200 leading magazines worldwide.

In the end, Apple’s plan is to bundle digital news services with Apple Music and video content, but it is not yet clear what the price of the subscription service is. Previously, there were rumors suggested that Apple's original TV shows will be launched between March 2019 so Apple could launch the service next year at earliest.
