Apple has released the eighth developer betas for iOS 13, iPadOS, and watchOS 6. Developers who are interested in testing the betas should sign up for Apple's Developer Program if haven't done that already, and download the profile for these updates from Apple's Developer Center, so you can install iOS 13 via the Settings app's Software Update tab, and watchOS 6 on your Apple Watch.

iOS 13 beta 7 introduced the new option for Blocked Sender feature in Mail, where you can now move messages from blocked senders to the trash or mark as blocked and leave them in the inbox; while Dark Mode Control Center widget now reads Dark Mode or Light Mode instead of Dark Appearance or Light Appearance, and there is a new "Help a Friend" option in the Me tab of the Find My app.

Everything new in iOS 13 Beta 7:

• More 3D Touch actions in some apps
• Apps open a little quicker, with pre-installed apps open instantly.
