When Family Setup is used for a child, they can communicate with a limited number of contacts, use Schooltime mode to stay focused with a yellow-dial watch face, know where they are going with Maps and Find My, utilize all of the watchOS 7 features, and stay active with modified Activity rings. The modified versions of the Activity rings include the Move ring’s purpose of the Exercise ring by tracking a minimum of half an hour of brisk movements, which is only available for users with Family Setup and under 13 years of age.
