"iPhone 12 mini" Name Again Surfaces In A New Image Leak

Earlier this week, we have reported that the iPhone 12 lineup would consist of iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Today, an image that appears to be an unreleased sticker on the iPhone silicone case has leaked, implying that the 5.4-inch model will indeed be called "iPhone 12 mini."

The image shows three stickers with the relevant iPhone sizes written next to them, corresponding to the three expected sizes of the iPhone 12 lineup. The 5.4-inch model is the iPhone 12‌ mini, and the 6.7-inch model is the ‌iPhone 12‌ Pro Max, and the two 6.1-inch models are ‌iPhone 12‌ and ‌iPhone 12‌ Pro.

Furthermore, the colors of the three silicone sleeves are all black, and the distinctly identifiable models include MHL732M/A and MHLG32M/A, which are models that Apple has not used in the past.

It's worth noting that iPhone models have not used the "mini" title before. However, Apple had previously introduced the iPad mini, Mac mini, and iPod mini. The screen size of the iPhone 12 mini are anticipated to be 5.4 inches, which is smaller than last year's smallest iPhone, the iPhone 11 Pro (5.8-inch).

The image was shared by Twitter user @DuanRui, who shared a photo of the iPad Air manual last month.
