Leaker: AirTags And New iPad Pros To Be Launched In March

Leaker Jon Prosser said today that the long-awaited Apple tracker "AirTags" has not seen any delays and is expected to be launched in March, and Apple will also launch an updated iPad Pro.

When asked whether the "foldable iPhone" would be released in 2022, Prosser made it clear that it would not. When asked if Touch ID will return to the iPhone, he also said "yes." It is not ruled out that "iPhone 13" may use side fingerprints (similar to iPad Air 4) or under-screen fingerprint Touch ID.

The next-generation iPad Pro is expected to use a mini LED display. Meanwhile, the 12.9-inch model is about 0.5 mm thicker than the current model, and the 11-inch model will maintain the same thickness as the current model. Additionally, the next-generation iPad Pro will support 5G networks, featured with A14 series chips, but not design tweaks.

Reliable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also claimed that he expects the new iPad Pros to be released in the first half of 2021.
