It has been 48 hours since the iPhone XR allows to pre-order. In general, the current iPhone XR supply is stable in several major markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. In some markets like China, however, all of the models delayed its delivery times, but usually only limited to 1-2 weeks till it will ship to customers.

In the US, T-Mobile's Red, Yellow, Coral, and Blue iPhone XR, delayed ship time to the early of the November. Asides from T-Mobile, all other US major carrier will be able to ship iPhone XR models on time, which will be on October 26th.

The UK, on the other hand, the Yellow, Coral and Red 64GB models increased its delivery date to 1-2 weeks. In Japan, the Blue 64GB, Yellow 64GB, Coral 64GB, and Red 64GB, 256GB shipping date extended to 1 ~ 2 weeks, other models remain October 26th.

For those iPhone XR buyers in Hong Kong, the delivery date for all models and models are on October 27th to 31st. Meanwhile, in Mainland China, all iPhone XR models will not be available for delivery on October 26, but rather the date pushes to October 30th to November 6th, overall, status isn't solid for Chinese customers.
