Next MacBook Pro 13-Inch Model Reported For A New Magic Keyboard and Early 2020 Release

After the late 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro was recently released, the 13-inch MacBook Pro with the upgraded scissor keyboard is expected to release next year. The MacBook Pro 13-inch with the upgraded keyboard is set to release next spring in early 2020.

Taiwanese tech news website DigiTimes reports the next MacBook Pro 13-inch will retain its 13.3-inch screen without it getting larger like the 15-inch MacBook Pro. The next-generation 13-inch MacBook Pro will also come with the scissor mechanism, revamped Magic Keyboard which will replace the troublesome butterfly keyboard. But it is unsure if Apple will apply the T-style keyboard layout to the 13-inch 2020 MacBook Pro, as the lack of size difference wouldn’t make it possible to add an Esc key to the smaller MacBook Pro model.

As of now, this is the very first and only speculation that the news has for the next MacBook Pro 13-inch model. It was only 5 days since the large, 16-inch MacBook Pro late 2019 model has been released. Still, there will be more 13-inch MacBook Pro 2020 rumors coming out soon, when these media outlets report it from Apple’s supply chain. Stay tuned for more updates about this soon!
