Apple Releases macOS 10.15.4, watchOS 6.2, tvOS 13.4, And HomePod Update

Alongside iOS 13.4, Apple today also released macOS 10.15.4, watchOS 6.2, tvOS 13.4, and the new software update for HomePod. Users can now download and install the updates over-the-air.


MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 added features such as iCloud Drive folder sharing, Communication Limits in Screen Time, playback control of music videos for your kids, Time-Synced Lyrics view for Apple Music, the ability to import Chrome passwords to your iCloud Keychain for AutoFill passwords in Safari, and a new Head Pointer Accessibility option that allows the mouse cursor to be controlled with head movements using the Mac's camera.
This update also includes bug fixes and other improvements.
- High Dynamic Range output to HDR10-compatible third-party displays and TVs connected with DisplayPort or HDMI
- OAuth authentication support with Outlook.com accounts for improved security
- CalDav migration support when upgrading to iCloud reminders on a secondary device
- Resolves an issue where text copied between apps may appear invisible when Dark Mode is active
- Fixes an issue in Safari where a CAPTCHA tile may display incorrectly
- Resolves an issue where Reminders may send notifications for completed reminders
- Fixes an issue with screen brightness for the LG UltraFine 5K display after waking from sleep
watchOS 6.2 adds in-app purchases to the apps on your Apple Watch, fixed an issue where Music pauses when switching WiFi, Meanwhile, ECG and irregular heart rhythm notification support has been expanded to 3 new countries, including Chile, New Zealand, and Turkey.

tvOS 13.4 and the new HomePod update apparently only bring bug fixes and speed improvements.
