Apple has released the fourth developer beta of iOS 13.4 and iPadOS 13.4, one week after the releasing of the second iOS 13.4 beta. The company also seeded the fourth developer beta of tvOS 13.4 as well as macOS 10.15.4. If you have enrolled in Apple's Developer Program, then the betas are now made available for you to download and install over-the-air.
iOS 13.4 introduces the much-awaited iCloud Folders Sharing feature, first shown on WWDC 2019, which enables you to share your iCloud folder with others. Another major new feature is the ability to let developers who make Mac and iOS apps sell them together in a single package, simplifies the experience for both developers and users alike.
Additionally, when an app requests Always authorization for the first time after having previously been authorized for While Using the App, devices with iOS 13.4 installed will immediately display the location authorization prompt. There are also new keyboard shortcuts are available in Photos on iPadOS 13.4, which allow you to quickly navigate between tabs, search, and create albums.

macOS 10.15.4, on the other hand, introduces Screen Time Communication Limits, a new Head Pointer Accessibility option so users can control how the cursor moves with their head movements using the Mac's built-in camera, as well as real-time lyric for Apple Music users.
