System Outage In iCloud and Apple Store Services Caused Delay To Customers

During the morning, Apple had a mass system outage in iCloud services, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Mail Fetch and Apple Store networks. Many people on Twitter say that they cannot buy anything or check in to the Genius Bar at their local Apple Store, according to MacRumors.

This lead to many frustrations for those who are going to the Genius Bar or shopping at the Apple Store this 4th of July. Employees were unable to complete service requests and checkout customers’ items.

Update: As of 3 PM PDT, it is resolved and back up to service. All Apple services are operating normally and properly.
