1. Press the Digital Crown on Apple Watch to access the Home screen

2. Open the Remote app.

3. Tap Add Device. You will receive a four-digit code to enter on Apple TV.

4. Turn on your Apple TV.

5. Open the Settings app. Select Remotes and Devices.

6. Next you will see Remote App option. 

7. Click on it! Here under Pairable Devices, choose Apple Watch option

8. Here you will have to enter that four digit code that is showing on your Apple Watch.

After pairing the Apple Watch with your TV, you only have to select the Apple TV option, and you can control your TV using your Apple Watch. You can also removes Apple TV from the remote app in Apple Watch, Simply click on the Remote app on your Apple Watch and click on Edit. Here tap on X on the Apple TV and select Remove. That's it!
