Apple today releases the third beta of the iOS 11.3 update to developers, two weeks after releasing the second beta of iOS 11.3. Beta testers needs to sign up from Apple Developer Center to download the beta profile, in order to update your device to iOS 11.3, you need go to Settings - Software Update.

Apple also introducing four new Animoji characters in iOS 11.3, lion, bear, dragon or skull. Business Chat supports in iOS 11.3 - new way for field customer support sessions. You now also able to store your messages in your iCloud, to free up spaces in the iDevices.
