iPhone 2018: The 6.5-Inch OLED Model Will Be Named 'iPhone Xs Max' For $999, And iPhone Xs To Price At $799

Last week, Apple's official website leaked photos of iPhone Xs models, the rumored 5.8-inch second-generation iPhone X, and the 6.5-inch new large-screen iPhone. However, the naming was still in question. Yet, according to 9to5Mac, cited a person who familiar about the marketing plan, the 6.5-inch model will be called "iPhone Xs Max"

Based on the info, it's obvious that this year's two OLED iPhones will be called iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max, and will come with a gold version. This is also the first time Apple uses "Max" on an iPhone instead of "Plus", which it has been that case since iPhone 6 was announced. As for the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone, we didn't know what it could be called, perhaps iPhone 9?

German website Macerkopf, however, one of their source says that the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone could cost 799 euros, the 5.8-inch iPhone Xs could cost 909 euros, and the iPhone Xs Max could cost 1149 euros. If we put them  USD, then iPhone Xs will be priced at $799, iPhone Xs Max could cost $99, and you'll need to spend $699 on the LCD iPhone.

Apple is on track to unveil the iPhone Xs along with iPhone Xs Max, iPhone 9, and Apple Watch Series 4 models on September 12, at a 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time event that's set to be held at Apple Park's Steve Jobs Theater. And for the first time, Apple will live stream the event on Twitter and its website.
