Apple Says Everyone Can Create Curriculum Now In More Languages And Shares Its Charitable Efforts

In a press release today, Apple announced that its Everyone Can Create curriculum is now available in more European languages, which includes German, French, Spanish and Italian, whilst the free project guides will also be available in Swedish and Dutch this spring.

Everyone Can Create is meant to help students develop and communicate ideas through music, video, drawing, and photos on an iPad, it integrates creativity into lessons and assignments that help students develop new skills and new ways to express themselves throughout their school day. In Europe, Apple says the guides have downloaded nearly 100,000 times and is available on Apple Books right now.


In addition to announcing the Everyone Can Create curriculum support in more languages, Apple has also shared its charitable and volunteer efforts. The company says that its internal Giving program has raised more than $365 million for non-profit organizations around the world since it began the program eight years ago, and donated more than $125 million in 2018 alone.

The press release features almost a dozen photos of where Apple employees volunteer their time, in fact, volunteered more than a quarter of a million hours. Across the globe, Apple employees visited schools to help teach coding, drawing, photography, music, and video, as well as sorting and distributing food at heavily-damaged places, and how employees matching donations to charitable organizations.
