Builds Of iOS 13 Details How Apple's Tile Competitor Will Work

We have previously reported that Apple may be developing a Tile-like tracker accessory, and now, such a gadget apparently will be launched on the upcoming fall event on September 10th, although don't take our word for it, it's for sure coming, according to a new iOS 13 builds uncovered by MacRumors.

The tracking devices include a dedicated tab called Items in the Find My app on iOS 13 that is believed for the use of track down belongings. Apple could potentially use a colored AR balloon to help a user pinpoint a lost item after scanning a room with their iPhone. If the user still can't find the lost item, they can put the tag into the "Lost Mode", so when other users find them, they can contact the user by phone or message.

MacRumors also discovered an image of the internal codenamed "B389" accessory in what appears to be a tiny, circular tag with an Apple logo in the middle, comparable to many other Bluetooth trackers. Users will receive a notification when tags are separated from the marked item or else use the Find My app to cause the tracker to emit an audible chime to help locate the lost item.

Furthermore, "Safe Locations" could be set in which the user will not be made aware of this item is left in those locations, users should also be able to share the location of the item with friends and relatives, a map is said to appear at the top and a list of items at the bottom.

It's worth to note that like Tile and other similar products, it will include a removable battery and a low battery warning will display on your devices that read: "Unscrew the back of the item and remove the battery."

Finally, MacRumors insists that this build of iOS 13 is from June, thus, it's possible that Apple could make some mirror changes to it.
