Apple Releases iOS And iPadOS 13.2.3 With More Bug Fixes

Apple has issued a new round of iOS updates to its users, namely the iOS and iPadOS 13.2.3, followed the iOS and ‌iPadOS‌ 13.2.2 build that was released last week. All eligible users are recommended to download and install the update by going to Settings -> General -> Software Update.


In the release notes, Apple notes that the update includes bug fixes and improvements. It mainly get rid of a bug that could prevent Mail from fetching new messages, it resolves a bug that caused photos, links, and other attachments to not display properly in the Messages details view, and it fixed an issue in which could prevent app from download content in the background. However, it's unclear if the battery drain problem gets fixed:
iOS 13.2.3 includes bug fixes and improvements for your iPhone. This update:

-Fixes an issue where system search and search within Mail, Files, and Notes might not work
-Addresses an issue where photos, links, and other attachments might not display in the Messages details view
-Fixes an issue that could prevent apps from downloading content in the background
-Resolves issues that may prevent Mail from fetching new messages, and fail to include and quote original message content in Exchange accounts
Apple is currently also beta testing an upcoming iOS 13.3 update, introducing Communication Limits for Screen Time, the Safari feature that supports NFC, USB, and Lightning FIDO2-compliant security key, and more.
