Apple has released watchOS 6.2.1 and macOS Catalina 10.15.4 Supplemental Update today. For those who have installed macOS Catalina 10.15.4, you can now download the update through Software Update in the System Preferences, and then click Update Now. Meanwhile, you can now download the watchOS 6.2.1 via the Apple Watch app on the iPhone by going to General -> Software Update.
