Apple To Launch Subscription Service Bundle 'Apple One' In October: Bloomberg

Apple will launch a new subscription service bundle called "Apple One" as early as October, as per a new report from Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, who has a reliable track record on Apple rumors and leaks.

This bundle will allow customers to order several Apple digital services together. It is expected that the bundle price will be cheaper on average compared to the service ordered separately. Bloomberg pointed out that the "Apple One" subscription bundle service is planned to be launched in October together with the new iPhone 12 lineup.

The purpose behind the bundled subscription package is to allow consumers to subscribe to several Apple services and thereby create more recurring revenue. In particular, Apple News+ and Apple TV+ have not grown significantly, and a subscription package is likely to help increase the number of subscribers.

At the end of 2019, Apple has tried to create a bundle that incorporates Apple Music and ‌Apple TV‌+ for students, the latter of which is included in the bundle for free.

Files called "bundle offer" and "bundle subscription" were found in iOS 13.5.5. These files do not exist in earlier versions of iOS. These files are said to be related to Apple's own service subscription management system.

Since 2018, there have been rumors that Apple is developing some kind of service bundle, and most rumors indicate that the bundle product may include ‌‌Apple Music‌‌,‌‌Apple TV‌‌+, and ‌Apple News‌+.
