Geekbench Scores Reveal New 13-Inch MacBook Pro To Be Unveiled In The Future

A Geekbench's benchmark test result has shown off in their database in which it appears to reveal an upcoming MacBook Pro model, most likely a 13-inch MacBook Pro. Yet, this can be also fake scores, so it should take with a grain of salt

The new MacBookPro 15, 2 model is powered by an Intel Core i7-8559U Coffee Lake processor. It has a maximum power of 28W and has not appeared in other products, so it is likely to be carried in the future Apple MacBook Pro product line. This quad-core CPU has a base frequency of 2.7GHz and up to 4.5GHz at the highest frequency.


Interestingly, the identifier MacBookPro 15,2 should represent an updated version of the 13-inch MacBook Pro. The 2017 13-inch MacBook Pro adopts a dual-core Intel processor with a single-core score of 4,600 and a multi-core score of approximately 9,500.

Memory wise, it continues to use LPDDR3, which means that 32GB of memory still won’t happens. Nevertheless, 16GB of memory is definitely higher than last year models’ 8GB of memory. The model will also feature with 8MB L3 cache and Iris Plus integrated graphics.
