How To Instantly Mute Notifications On iOS 12

Apple's latest mobile operating system, iOS 12, introduced a feature called "Instant Tuning" that allows users to adjust and configure notification settings without having to go to the Settings app, in other words, you can immediately "mute" notification from a certain app, which it won't display on the lock screen, or basically, it filters out unnecessary notifications. Here is how to do it!

  1. Choose a notification on the Lock Screen or the Notification Center
  2. Swipe from the right side to the left side on a specific application
  3. Tap on Manage, and then click on the Deliver Quitely so notification won't show on the lock screen or make any sounds
  4. If you don't want to see the notification on the Notification Center, you can Turn Off that the notifications will be completely muted.
  5. Change your mind? Just simply go to Settings -> Notifications, then activate it
With iOS 12, users can more easily reduce interference.
