2019 iPhones Could Include A Green Color Option, Price Will Remain The Same

According to Droidshout, who have quoted people familiar with the matter saying that Apple will launch three new iPhones this year, with its price will remain unchanged, and claims that one of the iPhones will add a "green" color scheme. This reflects previous reports of Apple will release three new iPhones this fall, including the successor of the iPhone XR.

Firstly, the article started off by saying that the new iPhone will add a polished coating to help improve grip and scratch resistance. People familiar with the matter also said that the successor to the iPhone XR will add a "green" option and will also cancel a color scheme. Currently, iPhone XR is available in black, white, yellow, coral, red and blue six colors.

Further, the report said that Apple plans to introduce some new camera features, including the flagship iPhone will be featured with a triple-lens camera system, while the other two models will be equipped with the dual-lens setup. It also mentioned iPhone XR 2 continues to use the LCD screen, while the other two use OLED screens, and to finally abandon the Lightning port in favor of USB-C connector.

Finally, the sources said that the price of the three new iPhones this year will be the same as the price of the iPhones introduced last year. This means that the iPhone XR successor starts at $749, and the other two start at $999 and $1,99, respectively, though they do note that the price is subject to change.
