Apple Releases Fourth Developer Beta of iOS 12.2, watchOS 5.2, tvOS 12.2, And macOS 10.14.4

Apple today released the fourth developer beta of iOS 12.2, two weeks after it seeds the third developer beta of iOS 12.2, at the same time, it also made fourth developer beta of watchOS 5.2, tvOS 12.2, and macOS 10.14.4 available for testing.

iOS 12.2 introduced Apple News to Canadian users and added several new Animojis, including giraffe, shark, owl, and boar. Also in iOS 12.2, Apple tweaked the Wallet app with a new interface for Apple Pay Cash, added more security options to Safari, as well as display warnings when visiting a http website,

In iOS 12.2 beta 4, however, Apple redesigned the icon of Apple News, which now includes the white background, and the middle is an abstract letter "N". Modifying the app icon may hint at Apple’s upcoming magazine subscription service, which is expected to be released in late March.

Apple also fine-tuned the Control Center interface, with the icon for the Remote Control now resembles Apple TV Siri Remote logo. The UI inside the control has been tweaked as well, and the TV and microphone buttons have been interchanged: the button that fast forwards and rewinds for 10 seconds during playback returns to the bottom corner of the touch area.
