Recently, Apple has announced that there’s going to be an Earth Day Activity Challenge on Monday, April 22nd. The challenge will consist of animated, Earth Day themed iMessage stickers and a badge.

The challenge has the same goal as the previous 2 years. Apple Watch wearers have to complete a workout for at least half an hour on Earth Day (April 22, 2019) in order to receive the badge and the exclusive, animated iMessage stickers.

This Activity Challenge has been leaked by Seth Gray on Twitter, in which he reveals the leaked stickers and the challenge details. He must’ve found the leak in the recent watchOS 5.2.1 Beta 2.

Not only Apple Watch wearers can celebrate Earth Day on April 22nd by working out for at least 30 minutes, but there are many ways that Apple celebrates Earth Day. In the Apple Stores, the Apple logo signs get its own green leaf. In addition, all of the Apple Store employees will be wearing green shirts from April to early June, and the company will promote their iPhone recycling program, named Apple GiveBack. Apple will also be uploading videos about the company’s environmental practices on their YouTube channel.

Overall, Apple hosted many great Activity Challenges since watchOS 3. The Cupertino firm has been developing many initiatives in the environment, from recycling your old iPhones to using renewable energy in the new Apple Park building. This year’s Earth Day Activity Challenge will be more rewarding than last year, and we can’t wait for Earth Day!
