Apple today released the second developer beta for iOS 13.2 and iPadOS 13.2, a week after the release of iOS 13.2 developer beta 1. Meanwhile, the company also seeded second developer beta of watchOS 6.1 and tvOS 13.2. Those who enrolled in Apple's Developer Program can download and install the update over-the-air.
The first beta of iOS 13.2 activated Deep Fusion for iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro, adding features like Announce Message with Siri and HomePod Handoff. In the second beta of iOS 13.2 released today, the company brought a set of new features and changes, including the 59 new emoji characters as well as promised Siri privacy settings.
To begin, the 59 new Emoji are based on approved characters in Unicode 12.0. In addition to gender, you will be able to choose any combination of skin tones and use more than 75 possible combinations with personalized hand-in-hand characters.
There are new emojis that include guide dogs, ears with hearing aids, wheelchairs, and symbols for prosthetic arms and legs. New yawning faces, one-piece swimsuits, foods including waffles, Falafel fried beans, butter and garlic, and new animals such as sloths, flamingos, orangutans, and skunks.
Aside from new emojis, Apple also introduced Siri Privacy settings. When you first install iOS 13.2, there is a new screen that informs you can choose not to share Siri and Dictation audio clips with Apple. There is also a new option called Delete Siri History that lets you delete Siri and Dictation history.

- When using the 3D Touch or long-press on the App icon, the "Rearrange App" option now appears as "Edit Home Screen"
- Added the option to delete the app directly when using 3D Touch or Haptic Touch a certain app icon
- There is a new AirPods animation that makes it easy for users to adjust the noise reduction feature, which rumors to be included in the next generation of AirPods
- When recording video with iPhone 11 or iPhone 11 Pro, you can change the frame rate and resolution directly in the Camera app.
