Apple today seeded the first developer beta for iOS 13.3.1 and iPadOS 13.3.1, one week after the release of iOS 13.3. The company also seeded the first developer beta of tvOS 13.3.1, and macOS 10.15.3. Those who have enrolled in Apple's Developer Program should be able to download and install these betas over-the-air.
For now, it appears that Apple did not bring any major features or enhancements to iOS 13.3.1, tvOS 13.3.1, and macOS 10.15.3.
But, what we anticipate is that those updates will likely include bug fixes and performance improvements, especially in the case of iOS 13.3.1, which could address some issues with Communication Limits, fixing a workaround with the Contacts app that would allow a child to communicate with people not in their Contacts list.
We will keep you up to date if anything new found in these updates.
