Apple 2020 Shareholders Meeting To Take Place on February 26th, Pre-Registration Required

Apple will host a shareholders meeting at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park on February 26th, at 9 am PST.  The information is released from a filing document with the SEC, which details the information about the meeting. These events were taking place at Apple Park since 2018, a year after the headquarters’ opening.

Shareholders looking forward to joining the event can sign up to join next month’s meeting at 8 am PST February 4th, 2020, on the Proxyvote.com website. Shareholders are required to be as of the record date of January 2nd, 2019 and have a valid control number to pre-register for the event. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and seating is limited. In addition, Apple won’t allow shareholders access to the Apple Park campus or the Annual Meeting if they didn’t register for the meeting.

All in all, Apple’s shareholder meetings aren’t as interesting to the public, but it shows an overview of the company’s earnings and revenue from the previous year and the ways Apple can improve on the next year. Last year, Apple CEO Tim Cook talked about the upcoming subscription services in the March 2019 meeting, which he would also discuss these new services and its revenue in next month’s meeting.
