Apple Announces Several Of Its Apple TV+ Originals' Airtime

Apple today shared the airtime of several original Apple TV + series, which will be available in the spring and summer of 2020.


  1. Defending Jacob will air on Friday, April 24th. Chris Evans will star in the new Apple drama, a total of 8 episodes. “Defending Jacob” is a limited drama series that unfolds around a shocking crime that rocks a small Massachusetts town, and follows an assistant district attorney who finds himself torn between his sworn duty to uphold justice and his unconditional love for his son. The series is directed by Academy Award nominee Morten Tyldum, who also serves as executive producer.
  2. "Amazing Stories" will air on Friday, March 6. The show was created by Steven Spielberg, co-produced by Aperlin TV and Universal TV, and Apple has ordered 10 episodes. Burns will be a special agent in the new episode, which is directed by Mark Mirow (Game of Thrones), and Burns will also be the producer of the episode. The old version of "The Amazing Legend" was broadcast for two seasons in the mid-1980s. It consists of a series of stories with elements of science fiction, horror, humor and other elements. Each episode of this new play will have a new topic, similar to "Black Mirror".
  3. "Central Park" will be aired this summer. The series has two seasons, 13 episodes each season, Loren Bouchard ("Happy Burgers") and Foss TV to build, Bouchard, Josh Gard as screenwriter.   5. The documentary Home will be aired on Friday, April 17, a total of 10 episodes will be available. Co-produced by Matthew Weaver (Fake Family, Heartbreaking Honeymoon), Matt Tynauer (Valentino: The Last Emperor), and Corey Reese, take viewers into the world's most extraordinary home buildings, and uncover the story behind the builders who dare to imagine and explore.
  6. “Trying" will premiere Friday, May 1, the first original series from the UK to debut on Apple TV+. “Trying” is a new comedy series about growing up, settling down and finding someone to love. BAFTA Award winner Imelda Staunton also stars. The series, featuring eight half-hour episodes, hails from BBC Studios and is written by Andy Wolton.
