Apple Seeds Beta 3 Of iOS 13.3.1, macOS 10.15.3, watchOS 6.2, And tvOS 13.3.1

Apple today issued the third developer beta of iOS 13.3.1 and iPadOS 13.3.1, one week after the seeding of the first iOS 13.3.1 beta. The company also seeded the third developer beta of tvOS 13.3.1, macOS 10.15.3, as well as watchOS 6.1.2. If you have enrolled in Apple's Developer Program, then the betas are now made available for you to download and install over-the-air.

iOS 13.3.1 brings a new option that allow users to disable Ultra Wideband chip on the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro models, this can be done with a new switch "Location for Networking & Wireless" that Apple added in beta 2. However, if it is switched off, it will not only affect UWB but also impact the use of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

As for new features and changes in macOS 10.15.3, 9to5mac found that there were references in associated with a new "Pro Mode," which aims at allowing one to override fan speed limits and energy saving limits to improve performance, but battery would take a huge hit and that the noise could be heard in a distance.

We anticipate that iOS 13.3.1, macOS 10.15.3, watchOS 6.2. and tvOS 13.3.1 will likely include bug fixes and performance improvements, especially in the case of iOS 13.3.1, which could address some issues with Communication Limits, fixing a workaround with the Contacts app that lets a child to communicate with people not in their Contacts list.
