According to a report from Taiwanese market research company TrendForce, Apple suppliers will start competing for the production orders of the new 14-inch MacBook Pro and 16-inch MacBook Pro in the first quarter of 2021. Next year's MacBook Pro is expected to feature a Mini-LED screen.
Since last year, there have been rumors that Apple will launch a new 14-inch MacBook Pro, replacing the current 13-inch MacBook Pro. After all, the 16-inch MacBook Pro has replaced the 15-inch MacBook Pro. Recognized analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also predicted that Apple intends to launch 6 Mini-LED devices before the end of 2021.
Compared with OLED, the Mini-LED display has more advantages, such as high brightness and high contrast. Mini-LED panels also allow devices to become thinner and lighter.
