Apple has released watchOS 7.0.2, the second update of the watchOS 7 operating system launched back in September. watchOS 7.0.2 was released more than two weeks following watchOS 7.0.1 was released.
watchOS 7.0.2 can be downloaded for free through the dedicated Apple Watch app on the iPhone, then go to Genera -> Software Update.
