Apple Today Officially Announces Its Annual iPhone Event Will Be Kick Off At September 12 At Apple Park

Apple today Officially sent out media invites for its first-ever event to be held at the Steve Jobs Theater on new Apple Park campus in Cupertino, California. As usual the event is on a Tuesday, September 12, and it’s scheduled to start at 10:00 am. The theme of the event is in the tagline: "Let's meet at our place.”


Of course, The invites doesn’t say specifically what will be announced, but the consensus is that Apple will use the stage to unveil next-generation iPhones. Most likely, Apple could debut a radically redesigned iPhone that features an OLED of edge-to-edge display, a vertical rear camera, a  facial recognition system, a much improved processor, and wireless charging functionalities.

Alongside the OLED iPhone, Apple is also expected to announce 4.7 and 5.5-inch iPhone 7s Series, although have not been heavily featured in rumors, but they too are said to feature glass bodies, support for wireless charging functionality, processor, etc.


Obviously, the iPhones aren't the only upgrades products that Apple will unveil at the event. Several rumors are suggest Apple will introduce Apple Watch Series 3 with an LTE chip that allows it to be decoupled from the iPhone. A 4K and HDR capabilities Apple TV maybe also release at the September Event.

In addition to the unveiling of its new line of hardware products, Apple is also expected to use the venue for the launch of its latest operating systems— iOS 11, macOS High Sierra, watchOS 4, and tvOS 11— after recently showing off the new releases back in June at its Worldwide Developers Conference.
