Apple Released iOS 11 GM Version To Developers, The Company Will Public Release iOS 11 On September 19

Apple today finally released the golden master (GM) version of iOS 11 to developers. The golden master represents the final version of iOS 11 that will be released to the public, and Apple confirmed at its special event today that it will officially release iOS 11 within next week.

In order to get the latest iOS 11 GM, you need head over to Apple’s Developer Center. Today’s GM release matches up with the previously leaked GM’s build number. Apple’s GM releases are usually the same builds that will get pushed out to the general public later on. In rare cases, GM builds may see a second revision before the final release.


As for new changes in iOS 11 GM, Apple brings a handful of colorful retro style wallpaper, as well as for iPhone X prepared Pure Black wallpaper. On the iPhone, there are 17 new wallpapers. Including seven retro style wallpaper, six flowers wallpaper, three space wallpaper and a pure black wallpaper.

iOS 11 is a major update to the operating system designed for the iPhone and the iPad. It introduces several new features like a customizable Control Center, P2P Apple Pay payments in iMessage, while Do Not Disturb While Driving help drivers stay focused on the road, and Siri has a more natural voice and capable of translation.


Other changes are includes Photos includes new editing options for Live Photos, Maps features indoor mapping, and Notes has a new Document Scanner. Whilst ARKit bring a range of AR apps to the iDevices. iOS 11 also the biggest update ever for the iPad, bring a new Dock, a Files app, a revamped App Switcher, and a system-wide drag and drop feature.

Along with the iOS 11 GM version, Apple today also seeds GM version of macOS High Sierra, watchOS 4, as well as tvOS 11.
