The iPhone X Features New Exclusive Ringtone Called ‘Reflection’, And Here Is How To Get It On Your iPhone

Brazilian developer Guilherme Rambo has managed to extract a cute new ringtone exclusive for iPhone X from the iOS 11.1 code and share it on Twitter, with a Reddit user making a downloadable copy of the audio file that can be used as a ringtone on older iPhones. Read below for the instructions to get iPhone X Reflection ringtone on any iPhone.

Reflection, with its soft, mellow twinkling sound, is the new default ringtone on the device. "It's called Reflection and it sounds great. Because it's new, I missed two or three calls before I realized I'd been listening to my own phone ring. I mention this because it's the default ringtone and so you might miss it, too." Says Forbes' David Phelan, who has an iPhone X review unit.
  1. First of all you need to download the Reflection.m4r ringtone file on your computer.
  2. Once it is downloaded open iTunes and connect your iPhone to it using a USB Cable.
  3. Once your iPhone is detected drag and drop the downloaded Reflection ringtone file on your iPhone in the left sidebar of iTunes.

And that's it. To change ringtones on your iPhone, launch the Settings app and navigate to Sounds → Ringtone or Sounds & Haptics→ Ringtone. The iPhone X with the new Reflection ringtone is set to launch in just two days, on November 3, alongside features like Face ID, Animoji, Portrait Lighting, And A11 Bionic Chip.
