Apple Releases Third Beta Of iOS 11.2.5, macOS 10.13.3, tvOS 11.2.5, And watchOS 4.2.2

Apple today releases the third beta of an upcoming iOS 11.2.5 update to developers, two weeks after seeding the second beta. Developers who registered from Developer Center can download the iOS 11.2.5 beta over-the-air once the proper configuration profile has been installed on your devices.

A new iOS 11.2.5 feature found by 9to5Mac shows that Siri in the update brings the ability to instantly stream a news podcast when asked about the news. The feature defaults to a daily news recap podcast by The Washington Post, you can also switch to Fox News, NPR, or CNN shows upon request.

In addition, Apple is supposed to be releasing an iCloud Messages feature that was pulled from the iOS 11 release, but there hasn't any sign for when we can expect iCloud Messages to be reintroduced. As for AirPlay 2, some says the sign for this has returned.

Aside from that, the company also released the third beta of an upcoming macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 update to developers, two weeks after seeding the second beta. Members of Developer Center able to download the beta with Software Update mechanism in the Mac App Store with the proper profile installed.

New betas also showed up for Apple Watch and Apple TV devices, where watchOS 4.2.2 beta 3 now available for Apple Watch owners, tvOS 11.2.5 is also seeded to Apple TV users as well. To install the update for Apple Watch, go to Watch app on your iPhone, and then click General - Software update. TvOS 11.2.5 can be obtained onto the Apple TV via a profile that's installed using Xcode.

Based on version numbers, we expected no outward-facing changes rather than bug fixes and security improvements for beta 3 of macOS 10.13.3, watchOS 4.2.2, and tvOS 11.2.5. If you found anything new, please comment down below.
