According to a report by Variety, Apple has successfully purchased yet another tv show, a ten-episode straight-to-series psychological thriller that is said to be directed by M. Night Shyamalan, a well-known movie director who had produced the "Sixth-Sense."

The show will be written by Tony Basgallop and will run half hour, Shyamalan's Blinding Edge Pictures will be producing the series. Jason Blumenthal, Ashwin Rajan, Todd Black and Steve Tisch as the executive producers, with Taylor Latham co-executive producing.

Apple has a long list of television shows that are currently in development, and this new psychological thriller marks the 11th show that we know about. Here's the full list of TV series that the company is in the development stage:
  1. A series of early news episodes starring Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston
  2. Reboot of 1985 Spielberg's "Amazing Stories"
  3. Space drama series by Ronald D. Moore
  4. Horror drama starring Octavia Spencer "Are You Sleeping?"
  5. Documentary type series called "Home"
  6. The futuristic drama "See" from Steven Knight & Francis Lawrence
  7.  A new show by Damien Chazelle, director of La La Land
  8. A comedy series starring Kristen Wiig
  9. "Little America" by Jumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon
  10. Swagger, a drama based on the early life and career of NBA star Kevin Durant.
We are unclear when Apple plans to start debuting these original shows. Even though the company has produced Planet of the Apps, as well as the Carpool Karaoke, neither of them were very well-received.
