Apple Seeds Seventh Beta Of macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 To Developers

Apple has seeded seventh beta of macOS High Sierra 10.13.4. The new beta comes a week after the release of sixth developer beta. It can be downloaded from the Software Update mechanism in the Mac App Store once you have signed up the Apple Developer center with the proper profile installed.

According to the leaked release notes for macOS 10.13.4, the update includes support for Business Chat and external GPU, the new keyboard shortcut to jump to the rightmost tab, sorting options for Safari's bookmarks, warnings when you visiting an unencrypted website, as well as several bug fixes and security enhancements.


  1. Adds support for Business Chat in Messages in the United States and Canada.
  2. Adds support for external graphics processors (eGPU).
  3. Resolves a graphical corruption issue that affected some apps on iMac Pro.
  4. Adds keyboard shortcut to let you move to the rightmost open tab by pressing Command + 9 in Safari.
  5. Sort Safari bookmarks by name or URL by right-clicking and choosing ‘Sort By’.
  6. Fixes a bug that may prevent links from appearing in Messages.
  7. Improves the protection of confidential data by automatically filling in usernames and passwords fields in web forms only when they are selected in Safari
  8. Displays warnings in the Safari Smart Search Field when interacting with forms that require credit card data or passwords on unencrypted web pages
  9. Displays additional information describing how your personal data is used by certain features
Other new feature that Apple didn't tell us is the macOS 10.13.4 will begin warning users if they open up a 32-bit app in preparation for phasing out 32-bit apps on the Macs. And This update also introduced the new "Ink Cloud" wallpaper that was previously only available on the iMac Pro.
