iPhone 7 Users May Experience Mic Failure After Upgrading To iOS 11.3: Apple has touted out that customers may experience a grayed-out speaker button during phone calls, which may also prevent affected customers from being heard during phone calls or FaceTime video chats, they could face the failure after updating their phones to iOS 11.3.
