Apple Rolled Out iOS 11.4.1, watchOS 4.3.1, macOS 10.13.6, And tvOS 11.4.1 To Users, What's New?

Apple today released the iOS 11.4.1 software update, which is the fifteenth update for iOS 11 since its release in September last year. Today's iOS 11.4.1 may be the last release of iOS 11. To download iOS 11.4.1 on all eligible devices, go to the Settings app - General - Software Update.

This is a minor update that fixes various bugs that occurred to follow the release of iOS 11.4 as it did not include any new features. According to Apple's release note, it improves the reliability of syncing mail, contacts, and notes with Microsoft's Exchange accounts, and it introduced USB Restricted Mode to prevent hacking tools from unlocking iOS devices.


Apple today also released the watchOS 4.3.2 and tvOS 11.4.1 update. watchOS 4.3.1 can be updated via the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. Whilst tvOS 11.4.1 can be updated through Apple TV's Settings app - Software Update. watchOS 4.3.2 mainly fixes bugs and improves performance, same goes for tvOS 11.4.1.

Apple delivered a big pile of software updates this morning, with the company later today finally came up with macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, which brought "AirPlay 2" feature to iTunes, likewise it improved the stability and security of the Mac. Apple recommends that all users install this update in the Update page of the App Store app.
