Apple Watch Series 4 users in Australia this weekend encountered new bug where their Apple Watch keeps crash and reboot, this likely due to the Daylight Saving Time changes. As of now, everyone's Watch working normally again, we should expect Apple to release an update fix the issue for other countries, especially here in the US. (Via 9to5Mac)

The bug, however, apparently cause the Infograph watchface not handling the loss of an hour elegantly, which unable to compute the change from 24 hours to only 23 hours, and that explains why causing the entire device to crash and reboot.

When the next day resumes normal 24-hour workdays, the error corrects itself, but some users still needs to remove the Infograph Modular surface via iOS Apple Watch app on your iPhone to make it functions again. Less than a month that the US will begin its Daylight Saving Times, Apple would roll out a watchOS update just for the issue.
